No... maybe it means that you only promote it in your "selected" forums, while you ignore all the other forums. The fact that you have selected only the more active Civ III and Demo forums just rigs the voting and makes it unfair to others who aren't active in those forums. With your short voting period, and selective promotion, many people will miss their chance.

I'd vote for him, but it would be a wasted vote. None of the new people even know who he is... A Civ II legend (at least in his own mind) and he truely kept things "interesting". But he already ranks high on the number of banned times list
