Mini-game seems pointless.
Dead people nuking (only one for all of them together) seems fun.
Restrictions on building make no sense, especially the second one.
Stockpiling may as well be in.

Should we wait to start this game until the hollydays are over, or should we start the game as scheduled (Turn 1 ends friday) ???
