Yes well the Horse empire got a rough deal with the terrain. The greedy makeo empire penned us in on a fairly barren peninsula. We have made the best of the situation though - we are mainly behind in pop.
I'm proud my son Hydey is doing so well.

Another tasty little session. The Horse empire has almost completed the colonisation of a large neighbouring island, almost doubling our cities. It is all quiet on the heavily fortified Eastern border in spite of finbar's constant efforts to incite conflict with my peaceful, if greedy, neighbour makeo.

Yeah thanks fin but, as you can imagine, when you're sharing a hot border with an alleged warmonger, your civ is pretty much an armed camp. The barbs never stood a chance in my forests of forts and cunning ambush points.

You're quite right of course finbar. In fact I think the allegations that Makeo incited war with me by stealing techs and upset Hydey so much that he left the game are, well, no more than mere rumour. Certainly not hard evidence of warmongering
