There has been a ban on feeding sheep/cattle brain/spinal column/maybe other crap as well to other sheep or Cattle since 1997, so its probably not Bush's fault Sava.

Its appears that someone altered the cow's age on doucments, making it appear 2 years younger, to conceal that it was born before the feed law change, likely to avoid import controls. I think a few person and goiing to be sued and prosecuted out existence.

What I find truly disturbing is Dean's willingness to subsidize these reforms. Yes, these things should be required for public health - but let the industry foot the bill. The industry can pass the cost onto beef-eaters, thereby internalizing the costs of the regulation.
