Public Statement:
The Rubinic Department of Informational Dishonesty & Occasional Misinformation Evaluation has concluded that someone (or something) pointed some kind of attention to a certain faction leader suggesting that something had happened. Based on the highly fallible and inconclusive method of induction and the tautological method of deduction a non-conclusion was drawn... which does not prevent people from believing anything. Although, in the future, the department suggests all official documents to be presented in a more appropriate manner, the department has not found any conclusive evidence that any misinformation have been officially presented. (Maybe we need a lawyer!)

Something has been passed to someone.

(Edit: Hmm, I'd better point out that the previous bit of so-called 'misinformation' is purely speculative and based solely on publicly available information (including posts in this thread). --And even then it is highly arbitrary. I'm sorry if it gives the impression that I'm deliberately trying to interfere with normal gameplay. I'm not. Of course, I shall not present information that is 'forbidden' and I shall refrain from presenting such, well, dubious information until we have all obtained each other's commlink frequencies. I'm sorry.)
