Here of late I use my Christmas present....hubby got me a foot spa with different lotions etc. along with some wonderful chocolate and the latest Harry Poter. So I get the footspa going get comfortable and read my book and enjoy some chocolate.

Soothing music with candles or getting in our hot tub also works.

I listen to music. Any kind will relax me.

Other than that I read, post on here, have some weed. I'm a pretty relaxed person anyway.

Work out with weights or swim laps then relax in the sauna.

Play scrabble online, SMAC, or computer chess at home.

Read a lot while eating salty junk food snacks.
