Could a mod change my vote from no to yes?

You see, my assumption was that Laz would not go anywhere near civgroups (based on his aversion to smilies). An Apolyton storywriters group without Laz in it would be a sham, hence my voting no. With him supporting it, I am forced to change my mind.

I've only read a small fraction of the tales and can only reasonably write reviews for the stories that are actually in the contest
