and now, since mrmitchell's industry is literally non-existant and jamski's so tiny it may as well be a sweat shop, I present to you the greatest industrial zone in Apolytropolis. In a picture wich I have oh so humbly given the title "My industrial zone is better than yours", my industry.


note: aside from the industry, I have placed 7 recycling centers and a waste to energy conversion station which have thus far lowered the land fill levels from 48% when I started to 30something%

Hey, man, it's not my fault that demand for industry during my term shriveled up.

EDIT: You might want to make sure schools are kept up too. I don't see anything preventing a mayoral pact to cut off all of your connections if you do something too badly (pollute, traffic, suck up someone's power, etc.)

Highlights: aside of general expansion I build 2 nuke plants, a stadium, a medical research center, a stock exchange, several road and rail connections, 4 recycling centers and a prison. Current population is 310.000.
Cash reservers are a bit low at 70.000$, but there's a net income of 50.000$/year so the next mayor shouldn't have too many problems financing his fun stuff.

Not much growth happened during my term because of some disastrous curse that during Mrmitchell mayorships, all of the sudden everyone wants to leave.

Added some connections from my residential to your industrial area, Colon. It seems to be working good too.

Was very proud to see a big part of my city as Very High or Astronomical.

Added a Fusion Plant, and anyone who needs any power can freeload off of our grid as much as they want to (so long as they don't overwork hte plants of course.) But there should be enough money that building power plants isn't a problem.
