This game is broken for me. The RNG seed changes every time the turn is re-loaded.

I had to re-load a turn because my mouse battery died mid-turn. It's a bluetooth so sometimes I need to reboot after replacing the batteries to get it to reconnect. After re-loading things did not go the same on the re-load as it did on the first load. Yes, I'm at war with someone. But, anyways, if the random seed can be different by simply reloading then this game is ruined for me.

Going back a turn won't help I'm afraid. This is something that must be attended to during the set-up/begining of the game. If you all want to continue with the game as is, lets have a vote on it.
