No this was problem with me internet conection. My net slows very much to 2/3 kB/s and that's why was problem. If Yoc pack turn with max packing You get about 10 kilos this is no mater for email box.

I mean:
1. He hates Police State and has Democracy installed
2. He has Knowledge, you have Wealth(I suppose)

I have almost all the same as he except Free Market (He has Planned if I remember it right) and he still talks to me only on every 2nd turn - he refuses politely if I ask for a contact with him more frequent..

He hates but when i contakt him first time i gave hims some ec and 1 tech for free and now he always want to see me.

I am a very nice and peaceloving player as U can see..
This is because I believe that together people can achieve much more
At the very beginnings when I started to play this game I played as Gaia or Uni and always gifted AI techs, but they NEVER EVER were so friendly!
