Usual gin or bond-style (and personal favourite of mine) vodka martini?
If you want it properly bond-style, it's a 6:1 Vodka Martini, shaken. A dry gin one is 4:1, a medium 2:1 (or 4:1 rosso and 4:1 dry vermouth), a very dry 8:1, and a Monty 16:1 (if anyone can guess the reasoning for the name and ratio they get one on the house). All gin martini's are stirred 4 times, vodka ones are best shaken, indeed, since they should be served cold, it should be the only way, but can be served stirred if needs be.

Mmm, tuff choices you present, but I'll have a very dry gin 8:1, and since I'm a bit in forgetting mood, present me a Vodka Martini shaken afterwards, 6:1 off course!!

* Drogue puts two martini glasses in front of Geo.
* Drogue grabs a bottle of vermouth and puts a dash in on of the waiting martini glasses. He picks up the gin, pours until it hits gets to the top, and then stirs it clockwise, 4 times, with a long barspoon. He adds an olive and presents it to Geo.
* Drogue then grabs the vermouth again, adds a slightly larger dash to a shaker filled with ice, pours in a couple of shots of vodka, plants down the shaker glass and shakes it over his shoulder. After pouring carefully between the glass and the shaker into the other glass, Drogue gets a lighter from his pocket, takes an orange twist and flames it, before dropping it over the side of the glass.

Your proficiency as a bartender continues to surprise me, Drogue, in addittion to your skill with confusing barstories.
* GeoModder wonders now if he has one empty glass AND a filled one with a mixed substance and half spilled, and flamed on top of that!!
Clarify this for me pls. It is very important, since I need to drink those in proper order.

It could be a new University project into creating them, they could even be trained circus gorilla's. However the only true Cyborg Gorilla I'm aware of is the bouncer here, at the Rec Commons.

Thank you I was a bartender for a while in real life, and I've been mixing cocktails for years at parties. The scary thing is my girlfriend can do it well too. Good for parties, bad for livers

I'm presuming, knowing your efficiency at drinking, that the gin martini has been drunk. The vodka martini is still there, and has a flamed orange twist draped over the side, half in the liquid, half out of the glass. Flaming orange peel is simple, just heat it with a lighter, squeeze it between your fingers and it should have a little *whoosh* and then drop it into the glass, of over the rim It's used instead of an orange in vodka martini's, in some places.
