Bank records would later show that Kerry's Chinese campaign cash came from $300,000 in overseas wire transfers sent to Chung on orders from the chief of Chinese military intelligence, Newsweek reports.

Typical conservative distortion of the truth.
Most people reading this would think that Kerry received $300,000 from the Chinese military intelligence, but that's not true.
Chung worked for Liu Chaoying and was paid US$300,000 for business services rendered (Exactly where the money came from is in dispute). Chung then donated $35,000 to the Democratic National Committee.
Newsweek notes: "There was never any suggestion that Kerry knew about the dubious origins of Chung's largesse."

Tingkai, Bush DEFINETLY positioned himself as an outsider. To say he didn't run that way and positioned himself as an alternative to 'insider' Al Gore is just not paying attention to the 2000 election.

No doubt that Bush had a campaign of lies about being an "outsider", but that doesn't make it true.
Do you think he was an "outsider" or did he come from the American upper class that had long-time connections and involvement in national politics.?
Reagan and Clinton came from outside the elite, Bush did not.
