you may not say any number with a '9' in it or one that is divisible by 9.

or was that something else ?

i guess *9 turns are all turns with a '9' as their last digit.

in a regular game i guess some x with 599 <= x < 609. i would even dare to assume that it is 600.
but you can always modify these values if all players agree.
