Cheers Paddy for a great session, I am wondering if we will be able to prosecute and support a war so far away in japland.

Certainly you have the better movement at the moment so it would be easier for you, but it is still a great distance.

IMHO we need to bring the lands nearer to home fully under oour control, and this means seriously damaging the yanks and the Koreans. The Russians are a formality there so weak ATM

If we cordinate better together then we will easily become so powerful we will be able to deal with Jap at our liesure, but if we continue straggling out our forces whilst we still have lions living near us then we might end up getting stung.

It would be nice to think that our Ironworking units could win this game for us but I think that Jap has a chance of reaching chivalry and getting those sammis out and about. If that happens and all we have to fight with are sword units then we will definitely get stung.

I now have shifted my train of thought and think we must research to cavalry, this map is too big for 1 or 2 movement units, and as you say we need maps also.

if we both take time out and consider our options then make a plan and stick! to it tomorrow

The Japs and Russians have made it almost impossible to get my G Swds into Japland... so luckily I have a galley in the area.. and have loaded him on board to come around the Jap Peninsula...

from there I took him south and unloaded him into another Jap Square, probably get in trouble from Japman next turn,,, but ahh well

So we may want to hold the cities we capture, as the resources will be linked with our capitals

once the workers have cleared the jungles, a group of them will bee line to the road you have pushed through to pusan...

then they will head north to open up a new road to Rome, thus allowing us to always have clear roads
