Quite apart from that, there's nothing radioactive about Fusion. Of course, even if PBs aren't inherently radioactive, Fission ones would still contain such materials (in the reactor).

They probably meant that Fission is nuclear, but other are not, so they have put quasi-nuclear so that they do not need to explain every buster separately.

Because only Belgian's disregard beer that is less than 6% A decent brew can be less, if it has flavour. Even some 4%ers have flavour and character. Stella woulnd't be one of them, but it's not bad. Considering when out you can drink Stella, Carlsberg, Fosters or Carling, it's quite easy to see why people choose Stella.
