I don't use checks, all my financial transactions involve my Visa checkcard or the internet.

Seriously, if I don't get to a save within 24 hours, pm or email me cuz I have a time each day where I specifically do all my pbems if I hadn't got to them before then.

and yes turns take a while, this turn's problem I guess you can chalk up to either hotmail on my end or yahoo on farbs, I'll make sure that if he doesn't play w/in 24 hrs again, that I pm him

I could gift one city for each player, trash all other cities I've still got, except for one (can't trash the capital), then decleare war on everybody, then see how long it takes before someone takes my last city

What civ are you playing again?

I wish Firaxis had designed MP so that a player could "resign" and the AI would take over that civ.

Stay in the game. No reason to quit because it goes slow. Perhaps Ghengis can dig up some carrier pigeons to speed up the mails to BigFree.
