This official announcement of Acta Binaria Channel(ABC) and the Communist Novostee Obsluzhivani (KHO) - The only independent online news networks in CPU!
The ABC is a full service online news network with over 256 live tv channels, online newspapers and other services. Unlike 3-D ABC is not backed by the government. Thus its objectivity is not compromised by official status or loyality to the goverment like 3D, since 3D could promote a certain kind of politics and support official views. Some of the staff of ABC are:
Second Function Kassad Omicron-9, codenamed laurentius, the President and chaircyborg of the board.
Diana sigma-8 the vice-president of the corporation
Leading anchor Tom Breakaw and talk show host Conan Omicron Brian
The ABC is closely affiliated with the Core Network Authority wich is a non governmental administratorial organization. The CNA is responsible for the administration of backbone chatroom, network nodes and basic conciousness network maintenance. CNA is not subject to Informations Function and is not to be associated with him.

Every once a while we ponder how free we really are. You with your personal function and duty and the cyborg next door with his. We here at Acta Binaria have recently been thinking a lot about our freedom as a News Network too. Not long ago our new Informations Function declared ABC to be annexed to the state run 3-D. After intence talks between him and our president Kassad omicron-9 the ABCs independency was secured with contract signed for 100 years. Also situation of KHO an independent organ of ABC has been solved and they status remains as is.
We have here to comment this deal the vice president of ABC Diana sigma-8.

-Very much so yes. I think this was a great victory for the independence of reporting and news casting. Now we can concentrate on practising good journalism instead of worrying about the heat from the cabinet.
-In fact the corporation is run by a member of the cabinet, Second Function kassad omicron-9. Does his presence interfere with the journalistic freedom?
-Not that I or anyone else has noticed. He doesnt tell us what to say or anything like that. If you think he is writing this right now too, your wrong. He doesnt like write what we should say and what not to say.

The beauty of being both organic and cybernetic is that we can have enhanced feelings. The love we cybernetic-organic beings are capable of is no longer limited to only chemical causes of purely organic organisms. I think of purely independent "Planetary Newspaper". no control by any faction, maybe even kinda underground. "Free Zone" where no war could reach, where members of all factions, even those fighting with each other, would have neutral ground to speak freely. However nothing like 'Planetary Council' voice - where politics might have played main role, but something where a simple member of each faction or factionles human, drone, cyborg, of conscious xenofungus branch or "revolutionary" mindworm which instead of planting horror in victims brain would plant melodrama or comedy or romance for its unlimited love for people, would be able to speak, write.....
something like "Freelance Voice of Planet"

I'm not stating anything against the Cybernetic Superiority. The ability to comprehand, be aware of and have total control over emotions only shows how superior cybernetic consciousnes is. Arnelos just do not realizes that in his Organic State. My experiments are not to place organics above cybernetic counsciosnes but to show that cybernetics is so much superior that it can completely dominate over anything organics can muster, including emotions. CyCon is really the best, the only proper, the only possible way to survive in the universe. And our domination over the Planet will prove it.

ANNOUNCEMENT BY OBSTRUCTOR-OMICRON-9, 3D Informations Function and editor of 3D.
After recent merging of ABC with 3D megacorporation I have decided to dismiss it as cooperating channel to Second Function, aka Kassad, since 3D already had a monopoly on CC, and competition may be useful. A contract of cooperation for 100 years has been signed, ensuring political freedom of ABC and its indenpendence. However do not be fooled by words "indenpendency" and "not backed up by government". 3D is fully indenpendent and will withhold only classified military data or material possibly overly offensive towards other factions.
And is hypocritical to say that Acta Binaria is not backed up by government, although it is run by our Second Function, second in command in government.
Do not be alarmed if news in it are different than those in 3D - this is part of competition. Also, license has been given to KHO, since we are a free society, and this kind of communist propaganda has been dismissed as Hive attempt to mindcontrol CPU. It has official license of entertaining -religious-intelectual channel.
3D Offices corporation will continue to bring you over 1024 channels od news and entertainment. I just hope we will continue our successful cooperation as news networks. Also, ABC has not yet been granted licence for outside broadcasting, since Kassad wants it to be an internal news station. This is all. Thank you and good night.
