would be better if other games was at tiop of lsit right next to my other fav hangout the civ 3 pbem fourms

How about these

Combine RoN, GalCiv and MoO3 into Other Strategy Section
Combine CTP2 and Civ:Ctp into CTP section
Combine all the Alternate civs into a single forum and move to Other Games section.

Leave the Other Games forum alone since it already gets a lot of traffic.
