I think Spiffor's clue may also indicate that no one confessed to being a killer because Rasputin WAS the killer; at least, the strangler. Now we have a marksman on the loose.

My hunch is Capt. Garlic. Though, I must confess, this is based on little more than speculation.

I'm going to vote for Doc, for the simple reason that he has been so slow to send in his moves for Jamski's footy tournament, and that he took ages to post his last vote in this game. Such tardiness is disgraceful, and is totally unlike the splendid punctuality of, say, Felch, for example.

Well, HongHu warned she wouldn't be here for 36 hours, so it's no surprise she's silent.

I don't think we should rush in voting for the killer. There is no reason to assume Capitan Garlic was the killer right now. However, I think Ghengis lies with his clue: how could this stranger possibly know about CG's past?
