I'm with you, Trip, though with the following qualification-Down with RR's as they currently stand!! These problems with RR's REALLY need to be addressed-and in Civ3 too, not just Civ4!!

) and choochoo them to a city that is linked by rail, this ends the units turn (load on and off) voila!
