Para CP, trata de pasar a El Awrence.

A alguien más le pasó algo similar
Sino lo que se me ocurre es lo que dije antes, el instalador detecta el idioma del OS y elige ese, para cambiarlo andá a Control Panel-> Configuración regional y de idioma

Cómo que no? Yo lo abrí y es un .rar de 708MB.
Adentro están el Alcohol, Daemon Tools, instrucciones.txt y la img.

No habrás asociado la extensión .RAR como si fuera un .torrent no?
Usá el WinRAR y abrí el archivo, no hagas click directamente en el archivo.
Otra cosa, no tenés activada la opción de ocultar las extensiones de archivo, no?
Porque en la segunda img que posteaste se ve la descripción de un archivo torrent y el ícono del .rar parece el de un torrent también.
Algo así como Archivoperfecto.rar.torrent me parece.

Edit: Acabo de darme cuenta que si, definitivamente tenés las extensiones ocultas, el programa y el archivo .doc que están en esa img no tienen extensión .exe ni .doc

Bueno, definitivamente me vuelve a pasar lo del 99.9%... no hay manera...
He intentado 'rescatar' el archivo, pero me da un error al descompromirlo, exactamente en la imagen, así que nada... me vuelvo a rendir...

Bueno, tengo el disco original de C3C... alguno sabe si puedo crear el 'Perfecto' yo mismo con el Alcohol? No se si creando la imagen con Safedisc 2/3...
Os preguntareis para que lo quiero. Es para tener el Civ en mis 3 PCs sin andar con el disco a cuestas todo el día...
