Now I'm confused?
So is it 9pm BST (British Summer Time), which we are currently running on?

when Britain, Central Europe and Finnland are in summer time then the calculation is no problem:
9:00 pm BST
10:00 pm CEST (Central European Summer Time)
11:00 pm EEST (Eastern European Summer Time)
I don't know whether the acronyms I used are all correct, but that doesn't matter. the times for Europe should be clear now...

Server time is trailing an hour behind EDT again which is what is likely causing any confusion...
The chat starts at 16:00 EDT, or 15:00 Apolyton Time.
