Iamnotemo(pt#\part#) will be back. He's reared his ugly head at CFC at least three times. So far he's reached a recond 18 DL's. He's been Ip banned all three times. He doesn't seem to want to go away.

I've contacted ISP's before when people have caused problems. But frankly, the little tricks the person has played to date probably aren't enough to get an ISP to take action. If it continues, that's a different story.

the first part depends on your ISP and will always be the same.

A little bit different is just as good as a big difference though.
