Which faction?
I would go Caretakers, but...
A simple checklist:
1. Does a faction contain my enemies?
2. Is it a faction run by idiots/idiocy?
3. Does it allow free judgement?
4. Is it bogged down by inefficient rules?
5. Is it aiming to win the game?
In the end, it depends on the people more than the faction.
I will decide later.

Though not just with those 5, I still think the standard factions should be given a chance.

I would make it a Confidence poll, or a multi-choice poll.
On a scale of 0 to 1, rate your desire to be a faction.
UoP: 0.7
Gaians: 0.65
PKs: 0.65
Hive: 0.6
CyCon: 0.6
Drones: 0.55
Morgan: 0.55
Angels: 0.4
Spartans: 0.3
Cult: 0.25
Believers: 0.2
Pirates: 0.15
That would be my vote.
Single-choice or Multi-choice really don't do things like this justice.
