Obviously no-one has a clue.

It's Ignition, by now-defunkt swedish developer UDS. Got favourable reviews at the time and was quite enjoyable in its own limited way.

"Stole"? Well, the developers eventually made another game using an improved engine called something like "Hot Wheels: Micro Racers" with an official Mattel licence. Apparently it was crap, but then UDS we're very hit-and-miss, anyone remember Airfix Dogfighter?

Clue #4: the objects all have different properties that will help them reach the other side. Some are fast, some are avoidant, some will turn other objects around or make them dissapear, and one object will help reactivate stalled objects.

Clue #5: The game is pseudo-turn-based. Every time you select a different object type or release an obejct a timer is reset. The longer that timer is on, the longer the subsequently released object will go before stopping.
