Well the deal is that I can only moderate news about a scenario and post a link to the files.

The CivGroups don't provide any sort of upload capability.

What I would do is do a writeup for me to post, provide a link to the files (whether it be from your uploaded files here on Apolyton or elsewhere), and submit it to the CivGroup. I will go in and make sure everything's hunky dorey and ok it for release.

I would post an MSN or AOL messenger name here, but the problem is that I'm at work for 8-9 hours a day. Accounting firms frown upon IMing in the office. The best way to reach me is to PM me (I do check at least two or three times a day besides when I'm on in the evening). Emailing is also ok.

As for hosting a set of files you can always upload here on Apolyton or try out our friends at CDG or the Spainiards one forum over. The Spanish Civ Site accomodates all.

Oh, and you could add a link to the thread relevant to the newsitem too, using the "Threadid" box. You can find the threadid in the URL of each thread (the number after, surprise surprise, the "threadid=" bit).
That will show as the linked "XX comments" you can see in other news items.
