Yeah the map is good... I've just noticed I've not got synth prototyped though as morgan.... ah well, c'est la vie.

I changed a few options last turn, auto-prune OFF, auto design OFF and a few others including auto investigate monoliths. Please don't change these back! In a PBEM these settings are common to the game, and change everyone's settings, so if we could leave them as is, I'd be greatly pleased.

Rats - I thought I'd done that (I have a checklist of things a CMN needs to do and I thought I'd done it - maybe I used a slightly earlier save of the scenario to launch the game)

(Usually when this happens all the other factions send you 10 ec's to compensate for the CMN's shortcomings that cost you prototype costs)

Hmmm, don't remember reading that one in the Chairman Magi Guide.... But, I have no problem sending some EC's to the poor starving Morganites..... 10 EC's each from the Gaians and the Pirates will be pledged to the Morganites either on my next turn, or as soon as my energy reserves allow it (just rushed a couple of Probe Cruisers last turn, so I may still be a little short on cash this turn).

Wow didn't expect e.c.'s, but I'd say that 10 from each player would be fairer than 20 from each player. I'll let you sort that out though...

I currently cannot, as between my RL commitments, my ACDG commitments, and several other SMAC(X) games that are literally taking me days to play, why I just don't have the time.
However, if you do form another game up, then I can be the CMN. FYI.

I was going to go Univ//Drones, but Morgan//Hive is good as well.

EDIT:
How about this - we each send an e-mail to Darsnan containg a list of Rock, Paper Scissors selections?
20 apiece.
The lists are paired off, and whomever gets the most wins chooses the faction.
