I see both sides. Personally I'd say you have made a fair offer given the time some staff members put in, but if some choose not to accept it's their choice. Remember staff members were active members of the 'Poly community first.

I have an interesting problem. I wanted to look into this start for $2 thing. But when I went to subscribe, in step 1a it said there was a problem with my user group.

Anybody else have this problem?

EDIt: looked in the Faq and since I'm still the mod of the Red Front Demo game I'm not worthy of getting a PLUS account.

so would someone please explain to me how long my membership would last for $2?

Badge Option Availiable!

ApolytonPLUS members can now make their choice on the supporter badge. By simply going to their edit profile page they can choose not to show a badge on their posts or show one of the two availaible options.

By default, all members have the option disabled

(i took the libery to use Dr Spike as the labrat for how the icon looks on the posts

Hehe I've been playing with it, and the switching works fine. I think you've been playing with it also because the look keeps changing slightly. The inmate one is now perfect size, but needs to move to the left a little. The reason yours looks ok is the badge doesn't overhang the avatar. Also your custom title is in a different place. It would work fine if you changed my title to Grand Deity and Lord Guinea Pig.
