Each month i try to do one at start of month based on post count at that time and i use the Posts perday since the last full update so for the previous month... for clarity i sometimes list how peoples PPD are affected over longer period ..

and then mid month if i bored i post the list of ppd and stuff based on how things are changing or over a longer period
