OK, here's the deal: I will be on vacation for two weeks starting Saturday. Beta has been kind enough to offer to take over the Greeks for that period. Since he was originally in this game, he has some information that I might not have, but he won't share it with me. Would that be a problem? If it's a problem (Sir Ralph has every right to object), then we will probably have to freeze this game for two weeks. What do you think?

no problem from my point of view. beta was out after 10 turns a probably didn't get his warrior further than 5 tiles.

except if you're launching your war machine towards SR now, 2 weeks shouldn't be a problem

the mobile phone allowed me to go from 60 hours per week connected to the office to 168 hours per week. What a great invention.

if you're working 60 hours per week and have to be contactable all the time, you're probably paid quite well for that
and before mobile phones you still had the home phone that could be used. and don't forget that cellphones have that "off"-button

I sometimes don't even answer my home phone when I'm home, nor my work phone when I'm at work, so it makes little sense for me to get a mobile phone. But 168 hours/week available for PBEM makes all the sense in the world! What was I thinking?
