I'm withdrawing the informal agreement that says I cannot attack you Enigma. I've thought this over the last few turns. Not only was that bending the game rules, but quite simply you don't need to be coddled as you've been a super power in this game and haven't yet fallen below 2nd place in the game despite your disaster which may have not happened.
Checking over my previous comments I haven't promised anything. I only stated my stance at the time. However, I did give the impression that I was going to give you a peacefire. Consequently I'm withdrawing any false impressions I may have made.
The following things caused me to change my mind...
The fact that you can have a disaster that causes you to quit, then still be at the top of the power graph. Also considering that you don't have anyone to trade with and you're at the top of the power graph. Plus observations of your other games where you have them in the bag by turn 2115. Finally continued aggression, hints on wiping everyone off the face of the planet, and recent diplomatic manevours against me.

You don't need a ceasefire, and I never actually agreed to a ceasefire. I said that at the time I wasn't planning on attacking you and I was planning on offering you a peacefire when we met.
You're hardly in a losing position in this game so I don't feel obliged to treat it as if you were.
