I don't understand either.

Under WinXP, I always use the printscreen key, and then paste in a art software (Paint Shop Pro for me, but ordinary Paint is supposed to do the trick)

Try control-N ( make a new canvas) then control-V

( that's how it works for photoshop )

Increase the size of your Attachments

You might try CTRL + Print Screen. That's what I always do just out of habit.
