Oh great and powerful Lord, Sapa-Inca of the countless cities
It is with regret that I send you this communiqué.
In these troubled times the Supreme High Council of the Egyptian peoples has been convening regularly to discuss matters of grave importance to the future of our race. Increasingly, the attention of the Council has been focused on the threatening expansion of the Inca…..an expansion so rapid, insidious and apparently unceasing that it is as if Incan observers are looking over our Noblemen’s shoulders as they deliberate in their chambers.
Consultation with the Gods has been taken, and the result is clear. The Egyptian star is rising. The growing stain of purple that has spread across our world map like a lethal infection must be checked.
Specifically, you are charged Sapa-Inca, with the following crimes against the Egyptian people and the world in general:
- By greedily claiming more than your fair share of the world’s territory, you have broken our implicit understanding of how to divide the world’s lands and associated riches;
- Ruthless genocide of the entire Arab race;
- Ruthless genocide of most of the Japanese race, until in my mercy I personally ordered my generals to put the Emperor out of his misery;
and of course, the most heinous of crimes imaginable:
- Attempting to connect an Iron resource
Therefore, though our military remains under-prepared and at the mercy of your counter-attacking battle-hardened Archer hordes, you have left us no choice:
Egypt declares war on the Inca
Let the final glorious battle for world supremacy begin!

You call Cleopatra a thief? 
You, being the same Sapa-Inca who systematically burned every Arab town on the face of the earth, then proceeded to do the same thing to the Japanese? And then you strangely (  ) retained (stole?) the one Japanese city closest to my borders, presumably so you could have a strong garrison overlooking my empire, ready to attack at any time. A contention which has since been borne out by the facts - within 2 turns of me declaring war you have 2 stacks of 20 Archers, Horses and a GA seeking Chasqui Scout spewing forth from that former Japanese capital right onto my doorstep! 
The cheek of this despot Sapa-Inca is amazing  ! I can feel ricketyclik and Masuro turning over in their graves  Who is the thief? 
Battle Report:
Knight Army kills your Vet Archer, hiding in the mountains.  Let the rest of your Archers descend onto the plains if they dare!
Peace? Be it known that Cleopatra of the Egyptians is a peace-loving queen. However, the sad fact Sapa-Inca is that the you have approximately 25 towns by our reckoning, compared to our insignificant 15. If we agreed to peace, eventually your victory would be assured as you build your economy to greatness and slowly but surely absorb Egypt into your empire.
My High Council will not allow that to happen.
Even as we speak, your cities with their awesome cumulative production are likely amassing more hordes of Archers and Horsemen to send against our Swords. It is only a matter of time until your military dwarfs ours both in numbers and power.
What would you have me do, Sapa-Inca?
