I think, Skanky is going to do the same thing this turn, as he did not send four nukes, and was doing secret builds for a few turns or so

Round 15 - Now we're cooking, some of us literally

Skanky tried again to stir things up again by sending 3 nukes to DC. This was a particularly bad number to choose since DC elected to deflect to Skanky, meaning he received the brunt of his own attack.

Hercules also sent 2 nukes to Skanky. Skanky thus loses four cities and DC one.

SC was involved in a fiendish project.

I think this is one of the more interesting Nuclear War games to have been played... (at least if someone knows what's going on behind the scenes) [albeit though the game is going very slow... ]
