Round 3 - Petition to rename the game nuclear buddies.
The most interesting thing to happen this round was a slip up whereby someone accidentally used what I presume to be their DL to send in the orders. My lips are sealed, however. 
However, Hercules send 4 nukes to Vlad, eliminating him.
-tko built Melbourne, and Chaunk the originally name City, Trokair Vomit, and GT the Pillar of Autumn. SC built Is there a Doctor indahouse, and Skanky Thief3.
Fearing the worst, the population of Jamski's leaderless cities left for brighter climes. Vovan was also silent.
All other leaders were engaged in projects so dire, were I to tell you of them you would spontaneously combust.

Round 4 - The nukes begin to fly.
A little hot nuking action this round. Jonny felt that Chaunk had too many cities, and decided to 'prune' Chaunk's empire by 4 cities, leaving him with one.
DC opened fire on Ljcvetko, using his stockpile to take him down to 1 city. The rest is quite delicious. Smiley sent 1 to -tko, eliminating him, and 1 to Theben. Theben, expecting retaliation from Smiley, deflected to him. However, DC also sabotaged Theben's orders, leaving him defenceless. As luck (?) would have it, NM also sent 4 nukes Theben's way, more than enough to eliminate him. 
Skanky was the only builder, adding ICS4ever to his total.
Vlad's citizens began to wonder where he was.
