huh... 
I didn't notice that.
I think part of the reason might be that I looked at the turn when it was posted here, saved and exited, because I thought I would not need to be the turnplayer. I played some SMAX games in between with a different faction order, so that might have been caused the error.
I played again from the original turn and now everyting was OK. There will be a reload message though. Sorry.

I have sent the turn 2171 to Andid by email. I would send it to PJayTycy also if I had his email address, but I believe Andid is back.
Just in case my upload facility works I'll post the turn here also.
