Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

Everything sold in the US will be region 1. If there is anything for region 2, then it will be a horribly expensive import, and this will be limited to stuff like Japanese cartoons and "specialist" adult material.

I've heard talk that there may be websites that tell the interested owner how to remove the regional restrictions on their DvD player, but I'm too nice a person to substantiate such rumours.

Enter the AD-FREE zone

Australia is region 4, but even then many of our dvds are region 1 encoded. Bastards.

It depends on the manufacturer. AFAIK Apex were the first to bring out all-region boxes as standard. After they were attacked by those who wish to maintain the bullshit status quo, they hid the controls for all region, then added passwords, then finally removed the possibility of all-region viewing.

You're best chance to get an all region box cheaply is to buy a startup chinese brand (as Apex was) since some of them are all region.

Put an end to popups!

I didn't even know there was a region 4. Must be a backwater.
