Battle report - 2125
- Planetary Networks researched and are embarked upon Nonlinear Mathematics
- Olympus Academy founded - probe team put into production there
- Moved SCC Invincible east 3 movement points (damaged)
- Rolling Thunder moved 1 tile north
- Popped the Unity pod to its east (a minerals special)
- Zak, sitting offshore in a transport with a 1-1-1 disciplined scout, hails us
- Zak wanted Yang's commlink number (refused it), then wanted Doc Flex, but wouldn't trade Gene Splicing for it. Woudn't Treaty, nor trade, so we mutually hung up.
- Moved R-112 and Chiron Knights in tandem one tile southwest then 1 west, prepping for popping that pod to their northwest
- Changed the worker at SC2 to work the crater tile for a 1-2-1 benefit.
- Changed production in SC2 to a 2-1-2 Recon Rover
- Sliders set at 40/10/50 (6 income, breakthru in 12, at 11 labpoints per turn)

Battle Report MY 2131
- SC2 completes scout patrol, which moves to OA. SC2 production set to former.
- Chiron Knights pop pod. They discover nutrient resources and... another Battle Ogre MK1 !!!
Ogre baptized Fiona. Moving to our home territories. Chiron Knights goes to pop that pod in the south before returning home.
- SCC Invincible also pops the pod and gets, as usual, an Isle of the Deep.
Therefore it flees to the fungus-free east. It ends next to another sea unity pod, and also noticed a base radius.
- Tomcat-1 completes crater farm near SC2.
- Tomcat-2 completes road between OA and SC1.
- Tomcat-3 starts planting forest near SC4.
- Warwag moves into SC3.
- Alien Artifact further approaching our bases.
- Rolling Thunder moving back south, following a route east of Mount Taygetus.
- R-112 moves two tiles north, back into Hive territory.
- Energy allocations set to 60-10-30. It will now take seven years to discover Nonlinear Mathematics, and fifteen years to get a tech in general. This means we've got some twenty years to probe rape Zakharov.

- Got some bad news... When I clicked "End turn", that Isle of the Deep we popped came charging out of the fungus and attacked SCC Invincible. Our ship barely survived, 90% damaged.
This means either seven years repairing, or moving further at half speed, but unable to pop any pods out of fear for other IoDs. I assumed moving east would keep the ship safe, and the IoD would land its cargo if it had any on the rocky tile we discovered. But I guess it moved instead straight towards that base (radius) we see, and discovered SCC Invincible on its path.

Battle Report MY 2134
- As already known, Rolling Thunder destroyed.
- SC2 builds former Tomcat-4. That one helps Tomcat-2 to complete the road between SC2 and SC1/OA. SC2 production set to probe team.
- Morganites have obtained Doctrine: Mobility. Morganites have also started constructing the WP, ME and HGP. Would they really already have enough crawlers to finish all of those?
To be continued next year no doubt.
- Angels have shrunk to population size 6. Some serious expansion??
- OA has grown to size 2. Second worker put on the rocky minerals tile.
- Probe taskforce moving further towards Great Collective. Unless a unit is placed in the way, we should be able to infiltrate the Hive next year.
- Nutrient forest near SC4 finished. SC4 worker switched from crater farm (now free for new base) to nutrient forest.
- Fort Buster (suggestion of Zeiter IIRC) founded and production set to formers. The worker working the crater farm => base production 2-4-3 (minus one for inefficiency => 2-4-2). As a consequence of passing the bureaucracy limit, we got an extra drone in SC2.
- R-112 succesfully moved onto the fungus tile.
- Alien artifact moved deeper into our territory, into SC2. IIRC artillery (such as spore launchers are) can destroy artifacts with one bombard attack, so I wouldn't want to take any risks.

- Shinsengumi flamed the eastern mind worm for 10 credits worth of planetpearls. 30% damage.
- Warwag moved into Olympus Academy for garrison duty.
- 1st Infantry (scout patrol) and Shrek changed spots again between GH and SC2.
- SC3 production set to scout patrol. FB former production hurried with 15 credits. SC1 CP production hurried with 24 credits. Still 41 credits in reserve.
- Units not yet moved: Shrek, 1st Infantry (in SC2), Warwag, Shinsengumi. Reason I waited: how should we handle the drones?
- When I ask Yang for a credits-for-tech exchange, he tells me "I fear you have no knowledge which interests me, Colonel Santiago." Whether that means he already has Doc:Mob or simply doesn't want it, is of course another question. One that hopefully will be answered next year after infiltration.

- After I clicked "Turn complete", it was the native life's turn again. And they have been most friendly to us. The worm moved east and the spore launcher south, meaning they are both on the same tile and can be flamed by one rover.

Battle Report MY 2136
- That synthmetals that was in the way last year has moved a tile east, so the probe team was able to infiltrate the Hive. It succeeded and was able to return unharmed to Sector Cratersouth.
I'll write a covert ops report soon.
- SC3 builds scout patrol. Set to CP. OA builds formers. Set to scout patrol.
- All crater base are now road-connected.
- Tomcat-3 starts cultivating a farm on (52.18).
- Newly recruited 3d Infantry Brigade moves from SC3 to SC4, as that base will grow next turn.
- All units in OA (scout patrol, CP, three formers) move one tile north. Except Shinsengumi, which is under repair this turn.
- R-112 continues its forced expedition into the deepest of Hive territory. It ran into a former, but was not contacted. Despite obviously not liking us trespassing Hive territory and therefore having a belligerent attitude towards us, Yang remains awfully silent and doesn't demand a withdrawal.
- Warwag moves to SC2 to repair.
- SCC Hunter hurried with 18 credits.
- Zakharov already had DocFlex I believe, as he wasn't interested in any "25c for a tech" deal. Lal didn't have DoxFlex yet and was willing to accept a "25c for DocFlex". I accepted it, as Zak's submissive to Lal, so he would have gotten DocFlex soon anyway. Neither were willing to give us any technology. After the deal, Lal became the tech leader on the "Who's Who" info screen.
- Yang's comm frequency sold to Zakharov for 20 credits. Yang isn't interested in Lal's frequency, so we unfortunately can't get a deal out of that. Furthermore, Yang remains unwilling to sell us human commlink frequencies. Ah well, one advantage of that is that probably Yang won't be willing to sell Zak's commlink (which he now has) to other human factions either.
- We now have a respectable credits reserve of 99c.

Battle Report MY 2137
- Gythium Harbour builds SCC Hunter. Production now temporarily set to something random: a scout patrol. Still time enough to wait and see if we need one of those for drone control, or can produce something else.
- SCC Hunter leaves Gythium Harbour and sets sail due west.
- Road built on rocky mineral fields.
- CP + escort further proceed to the east coast.
- Transport foil moves to GH to pick up the SC4 CP which will be completed next year and can start moving to GH then.
- Tomcat-1 pops the pod north of Fort Buster and locates abundant mineral resources.

- Probe team moves two tiles east. I guess we could move it to the future eastern coastal base, waiting to be sent eastwards.
- Tomcat-5 moves to the tile east of SC4 to expand our road network.
- Third Infantry Brigade moved back to Sector Craterwest. SC4 completes a CP next year, shrinks back to size 1 and thus no longer needs a garrison. SC3 on the other hand grows to size 2 next year and will thus require a garrison.
- R-112 continues exploring Hive territory.
- I gave Yang back our remaining debt of 71 credits. Then I asked for a new loan and I got 162 credits, with a repayment schedule of 3 per year for the next century. We now have 201 credits, a profit of 91c. Oh yeah, we're now the wealthiest faction of Planet.
- From our infiltration data we know Yang is in a state of truce with Zakharov. And Yang does not have the commlink of Lal. Perhaps we'll have to hope his laser foils encounter Peacekeeper bases soon. In other news, none of the human factions have gained the comm frequencies of Lal or Zak this year.
- Yang has researched Progenitor Psych and has become the tech leader this year. Since he has 13 techs, this means Zak and Lal, the previous tech leaders, also have 13 techs. Yang is now researching Optical Computers and will have it MY 2147.
- Gaia has switched to Wealth SE Values, meaning they have obtained Industrial Automation. This leaves us as the only human faction which doesn't have the tech. On the bright side, this gives us three potential suppliers once the Planetary Council is called.

Battle Report MY 2155
Diplomacy
- Yang declared war on us, after refusing to give Doctrine: Initiative.
- Adaptive Economics sold to Zakharov for 25 credits.
- Monitoring Station solf from Zakharov for 244 credits. Renamed to Fort Superiority. Zakharov will now research IntInt MY 2177, and we MY 2174.
- Adaptive Economics sold to Lal for 25 credits. Lal still doesn't have PolySoft, OptComp, and DocIni.
- Zak contacted again. 46 credits extorted. Then PolySoft sold for 25c. The only tech he doesn't have yet is Doc:Ini.
Base foundations
- Messena and Twonuts Strand founded. We now have 17 bases and 42 population. By comparison, Morgan has 18 bases and 45 population.
- The addition of three new bases to our empire did create lots of b-drones though. To quell them, SC2 rec commons hurried for 40 credits. Shrek Ogre moved back to Gythium Harbour.
Worker relocations:
- RG: moved 1-2-0 crater worker to the 1-2-2 river forest.
- SC4: moved 2-2-1 worker to the 2-2-0 crater tile.
- SC2: moved the 3-1-0 worker to the now free 2-2-1 tile. SC2 needs only one nut surplus to fill its nutrient tanks.
- GH: moved the two 2-1-0 workers to the 3-1-0 farm and the completed 1-2-2 river forest.
Unit actions
SNC Pegasus dropped off a probe team near Fellowship City. The probe succesfully stole Polymporhpic Software, and returned to Minas Tirth, being succesfully upgraded from hardened to commando.
Polymorphic Software gives all probes +1 morale. Meaning we've got a few elite Crypteia now, with two MPs.
Pegasus sails further south. Massive Hive force discovered.
Other unit actions:
- Hermes moves back north next to a unity pod.
- Artifact moving to Río Grande.
- Rolling Thunder II moving to the Minas Tirith area.
- CRV R-112 defeated the Hive scout patrol. Zeiter's troops didn't take a scratch.
- SCC Invincible travelling back north to the unity pod.
- New OA crawler now mining 4 minerals.
- New FB crawler now harvesting one mineral en route to Gythium Harbour.
- Tomcat-SCW2 moving east to terraform there.
- SNC Mercury docks at AU, picks up the Crypteia and sails off again, escorted by the SCC GeneralTacticus.
- Two hoplites stay in AU. Rest moves to Fort Superiority and Castor Horsemen further east.
- Probe team in Fort Liberty moves to Climactic Research to probe defend.
- OA garrison is moving to Vladivostok. OA is training replacement garrison to prevent drone riots.
Unit and support shuffling
- Hoplite moved into Twonuts Strand and rehomed.
Hoplite rehomed to Messena.
- 20% damaged impact rover rehomed from AU to Fort Liberty.
Tegean scout and impact rover on the monolith move to Fort Superiority to rehome there. The rover turns back to Fort Liberty.
End result: no Arcadian base has to spend minerals on support.
- SC2 hoplite moves to GH and rehomes.
GH hoplite moves to SC2 as replacement.
- The SC3 hoplite in SC3 moves to SC4 and rehomes.
A SC4 hoplite goes into the other direction as garrison replacement.
- Rehomed the Rio Grande hoplite in Fort Buster to Fort Buster.
Reason: the destroyed former near MT has freed up a support slot in FB.
