Hi, I'm interested in this whole thing. Still not sure how it works (I've read the intro thread), where can I see the latest save file of the game? Not that I would choose to join a particular faction based on who was winning or anything....

You can actually only "see" the file, not open it.
To have the password you need to join a team.

Ideas are always welcome in the Data Angels also.

Read up on each faction listed.

We try to go by the role usualy so go for the faction that best suits your personality.

From there it is a team effort to do the turn leaving one to be the turn player and make the clicks etc. and send the turn on.

What ever faction you get into do lots of reading of what has been said and what people are saying now so you learn how it works and what does what.

Hi guys, I've returned at apolyton after quite some time (check the 'I'm back' thread in the AC general forum)...

Anyway, the ACDG immediately captured my interest (I was a member of the cycon in the 2nd one). I don't know if it's still reaaally active - some people seem to want to end it - but I'll just join in anyway.
Choosing my fraction was hard but in the end I decided to apply for the Morgans.

Anyway, see you in the game (hopefully) and may you all enjoy the blessing of Capitalism everywhere on Planet

Maybe you need to send a PM to the faction leader, for he/she doesn´t get a notification when someone applies for membership (it´s a forum related problem). All teams are at least at a minimum level of activity, enough to play the turns and share their thoughts on critical matters. So I doubt inactivity is the hampering factor...

Sending a personal message to the person who authorises you helps speed up the process. Answering PMs they send to you (click on control panel, above) after noticing someone new had applied to join the faction also helps quite a bit.

Considering you are still active after all this time, I have authorised you anyway.
