Very well described rickety  Actually, I didn't realise they were intelligent, so no, it wasn't the cheeky part I was referring to  Sorry Mas, just kidding.....but it was funny!!!
As for alliances.....I fail to see how any one of the 4 human Lords involved in this monumental imperial struggle to prevail over the unthinking and impetuous pre-programmed automatons that represent France, Austria, Ottomans and Sweden, could in their right mind consider that one of these "robots" could lift themselves to such an intellectual level as to participate in our alliance through intelligent discussion via diplomatic dispatches. I am therefore much more inclined to believe that one of the human Lords has descended to the level of an unintelligent AI civ and that Spain is his land 
In short, oh fickle Lord Masuro of the spineless Spanish, Sweden was never part of the Grand Alliance.....and unless I am mistaken, the King of Sweden has never contributed to our military plans via this thread. So get your pompous arse out of Sweden so I can capture their cities on behalf of our alliance leader, the Lord Paddy of Prussia, who has suffered terribly at the hands of the dastardly Austrians!

Spain has entered Military Alliances against Russia with the aforementioned enemy Austria and the muslim heathens of the Ottoman Empire
Russia has therefore reinforced its southern flank against possible Austrian/Ottoman attack, while redoubling its efforts against the Spanish supported Swedes.
It is time to bring the Spanish renegade to heel.

To the Lord Paddy of Prussia.....your financial aid is greatly appreciated in these difficult times, and the Russian Czar pledges to repay your loyalty with interest when the time is right. Meanwhile, we must continue our Crusade against the Spanish traitor and his Swedish underlings, whose time on this earth is limited.
Strangely though, the Lord Rickety has been quiet in these proceedings. Perhaps he has played the part of Judas, accepting 20 pieces of silver for acquiescence (ie, access to shipping lanes )
And for those loyal allies of Russia (and even those not so loyal allies, if such indeed exist), we have ascertained the following distribution of Spain's military, clearly inferior to the might of Russia:
40 Cavalry
4 Cannon
3 Frigate
10 Transports
42 Soldado
24 Grand Battery
6 Ships of the Line
Our Russian Intelligence Party (RIP) believes that all Spanish instances of chest-puffing are indeed absolute bluff, and that either there is little resistance in Sweden, or the Spanish homeland is dangerously undefended. Rickety - despite possible alliances you may have made....this is clearly your opportunity!
