I've had 2 cities starve to death (usually the turn after they were built) but they had little effect on the empire as a whole.

Well there are limits to the number of cities you can build; but 40 under theocracy is much too high.

I "asked" and no we dun need to war but you must understand each time one asks it compounds future trusts when a simple move like removing from ones territory would seem a reasonable request?

I understand you do not see it that way so we will of course have to review any.all future requests from your diplomatic services.

Thats why when a request to "stop tresspassing" is sent, it will only result in the unit being moved, if it is within the city radius..for future informational purposes..

Your overwhelming my poor hotmail account lol. I only get like 4 mb of storage; I have it hooked up to outlook express so I can move them to files on my computer easy enough but it when I get 5 attachments at once with 100-500kb in size it kind of overwhelms it.
