Not sure what is going on, but apparently we are replaying the 3500 BC save. Here it is Rommel. All I have to do is just hit enter... so if this save goes around again, just skip me as I have no interest in jsut hitting enter for a 3rd time.

I just played the one that was sent me and suspected it was a replay of last turn.

Right now I neither have the time nor the motivation to find the correct save. Having too much fun on liberty in Bella Napoli.

Went to Vesuvius this weekend and downtown Naples.

Going out to dinner tonight.

So play on or someone else needs to find the correct save

I screwed up just about every save I played right before I left.

Lemme try and get the laptop fired up this afternoon and see what I got BF and Ill get back to you.

Dont feel bad, I screwed up about 4 or 5 of these, thats what I get for being in a hurry.

I just checked and I did NOT screw this up

This is the one where I recieved 3500 from GF and played and passed it even though I suspected it was a replay.

And there are previous posts that indicate the problem may have occurred before GF (If you can believe that )

So its either just play the dam save through BF or try and find the culprit.

I vote for just to play on, GF had a hard drive problem he just had fixed so the chances of him having any previous save is slim to none.........

Assuming that con didn't mislable the first 3500 turn he posted, either BigFree, Beta or ZargonX sent an old turn (since GK was the first to notice). We've played it around again, so yes BF, replay and/or resend to Beta since no one in this clueless triumvirate seems able to announce the date of the turn played or even read the tracker thread when the game dies...
(I never imagined in a game with both con and Farb that anyone else would end up holding the turn hostage... )

Actually my mislabeling the YEAR portion of the save would be very unlikely, thats the one thing I never change when coming up with a name for the save. And I played it, thought it was a replay while playing, and then when I saved it, CIV asked me if I wanted to replace the file I already had with that name confirming that I had already played it once.

Im thinking the best thing is to just play through. We have wasted enough time already trying to find the goddam save, if we would have just played through we would be past this point by now.
