well its a nuisance but the benefits outweigh the short period of unrest

Im cutting all roads outside Aztec territory I can hoping that it makes it very hard for them to send troops at you, hope this helps

Not sure why but they are leaving the Chinese and Koreans alone pretty much right now but they are very pissed at the Japs

well Vitiroes Mighty Knight Army and 15 knight units have all dissapeared behind a wall of aztec longbows...

2 turns ago they were demolishing and conqueroring

now they are but a memory

A hectic turn all round there, well I turned back your trades for free artistry as China get it next turn, and Im not really happy to give steam power for a dead end tech, its something I rarely bother with in SP.

Thanks for the offers though

I looked to see if i had any spare saltpeter but unfortunately i have none at this time.

Japan will rejoin the war in the next few turns so I did not sign the MA this time, They were rioting a few turns back with War weariness so Im giving themm a rest.

I am though continuing to hit the Aztecs with both China and Korea with some succes, but it seems that my real Military beast in this game is Japan so untill they reenter the fray Im not going to be as succesful as earlier.

I will be pulling Korea out for a few turns when Japan redeclares to change govs and settle the people down a bit, as you know this war has dragged on for quite some time

Japan states clearly for all nations she is perplexed as to why Carthage feels the need to encroach on lands obviously closer to her capitol than theirs ??

Carthage seems to have taken great advantage of japans focus on events in the south, out expanding everyone well our soldiers fight to save the Portuguese from being overun !!

We ask in the name of friendship for you pull your teams os settlers away imediately!!

1080AD back to you, im hitting nationalism in 7 dont know if you are able to get there faster but im happy to share that tech with you if im there first. As soon as Im able to Ill send japan into mobilization and rejoin the war proper. i have several units down there generally blocking Aztec troop movements and cutting roads to slow them down which seems to be having some effect as Ive noticed you have a stack of knights and a settler on the edge of Portugal.

Once back in the war with Japan I'll rest Korea for a spell, but I think Japan in mobilization will finally crack this Aztec nut and finish them off.

It would be good if we could cordinate a bit and try to hit them at specific targets from several sides

well things are again looking grim for the poor old portuguese

as your samurai will attest many aztec longbowmen are again moving into my lands

and again all of my portuguese and carthaginian forces are rushing to the area

a saviour for Portugal

again I have stopped france producing units, and have them on gold production, and sending that straight to portugal to rush units that then hit the new rail structure straight to the frontline in so few turns that the last invasion

I am very blessed that I had a strong pool of workers clearing jungle, and have diverted them straight into rail construction

Carthage is sending troops to the front again

Hi, had to rush out earlier so only just got time to replay this for you. I sent Nationalism to the French only so you need to pass it around your civs, last time sent it to all so did it different this time just in case the diplomaqcy was causing any errors

Japan has mobilized and declared war on the Aztecs and Ive destroyed one city this turn, Korea is now at peace for a rest from the war weariness, Chinas production is at a crawl but will continue to send troops as often as it can
