A.A. Maury: Yes, The Tower is most certainly a creation of some inteligent race, presently unknown to us. We have currently no clue what that race might be, how they looke like or looked like. We really know little in that matter.
D. Jun: Some say, that it moght be created by humans.
A.A. Maury: Humans? Everyone knows, that we are the first human expedition to Alpha Centauri. It's impossible.
D. Jun: What we know about Earth's past. Some historians say that it was possible humans were here before.
A.A. Maury: I won't speculate for that, I'm in no position to do it.
D. Jun: Also exploration scouts report that the structure somehow influences them, making them... enhanced mentally. Any observations?
A.A. Maury: Yes, that is true. We do not know presently how mentally this tower could act on humans. However, it is not a first example of such influence. Mindworms are known to do it too. We presently explore any connection between The Tower and mindworms. One thing we know is that mindworms are attracted to it.
D. Jun: Interesting. Would you expect more structures like that on the planet?
A.A. Maury: Possibly

Strange Findings Around Pods
In another case of exploration, our fine scouts were carefully examining a pod, to find a strange mechanism that activated, apparently trigged by life force. The mechanism duplicated the scout team, making another, but with vacant memories, but all the skills of the previous one! This phenomona will be further investigated in the years to come!
Alternate Vectors?
Another type of fauna has been found! On the northern outskirts of Cybernetic territory, we have encountered another creature, more of a fungus this time, made up of multiple tubes! Genetic analysis of its remains seem to link it to the mindworms, as a distant cousin of sorts.
Ten Years Later!
At the decade mark of our life her on the planet, the scientists of the Cybernetic Counciousness would like to announce they have made a breakthrough! The Cybernetic Union is in possesion of data on new industrial systems, and for the manufatoring of armor and such!
