Food is good. I don't mind bad food, so long as its hot. I find that most of the places claiming to sell good food are generally lying though. And in the end, as long as I have some food I'm happy.

I'm in Northern New Jersey.

Pathmark and ShopRite are thriving (as is A&P, which you didn't mention), ACME is fading, Shop&Stop is making inroads, I've heard of ShopnBag and Giant (but have never seen them), and I don't know the others.

I'm hungry. I had two grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches, but I'm still hungry. I thought because were are broke that I was gonna go off the Atkins, but two days of non-stop heartburn cured me of that. I'm just gonna have to eat less. The problem is, after having real bread for a few days, I have to go back to this dry sponge bread substitute.

I'd have to chug it all day and night. I used to have to take a pepcid or zantac before going to bed, but I haven't needed them for a while and haven't bought anymore. I have Pepto Bismol and Mylanta, but I don't want to have to take more every few hours.

Interesting side effect of Atkins, my heartburn going away.

Depends on the person. Spicy food can do it. Greasy food, etc. For me, it's caffene (so I decafinated my life) and apparently carbhydrates.

wikipedia just tells me what it is. doesn't say how some people have it and others dont.

WebMD cited a study saying it may be genetic... it clearly would have to be if i can eat foods and not get it while you can eat those same foods and get it.
