Modo 44 : I am sorry but I would not change the locked alliances as that would really unbalance the game.

The most I can do is to let Maghrib out of the locked war against Spain because its influence on the balance, albeit real, is limited.

I agree Scotland has the funniest part if you liked tricky diplomacy. On the other hand it is in close contact with a powerful neighbor.

So let me know if it is still OK. I am eager for a full-house but don't want you to get to disappointed.

Note to all, I am not sure I can change your name as it is a scenario, not an epic but I will try for the ones who really want it.

Besides, could you please all send me a mail to loulong AT yahoo DOT com DOT hk with your nickname (so that I know who you are) and your playing times.

And please try to play at least a few turns of the SP version v 1.1 (with the patch) to make sure everything is working fine.

I just had a look at the scenario. My home town, Breda, is on the map If you lose it to the Spanish, Beta, I'll tell you the strategy they used to liberate the city...

Are those names verified names from that time LL? As Arnheim is called Arnhem nowadays and Leyde = Leiden. It all looks great. Breda should actually be placed in between Rotterdam and Antwerpen, but that's not a real complaint. Workers are hugely expensive for the Muslims. Probably the idea for the Muslims is to raid and enslave workers instead...

I got Snoopy's mail and decided to follow his advice on playing times (I just need to modify the order but since it is my scenario it is not to much of a problem).

So I just need all the other e-mails now.

Snoopy asked me a question about the mod. Yes, you all need to download/install the TGA.zip (23 MB) + the patch v 1.1 as the scenario uses a lot of favor artwork as well as civilopedias,...

You don't NEED to download the biq files (especially the MP version as I will start the game). On the other hand I advise you to play a few turns of the SP version to get to know the scenario better.

Leyde and the other are probably my fault (French spelling). For Breda's position it was just a problem of place as Netherlands and Belgium are full of cities. I wanted the city on the map but it was impossible to place it in its exact position due to lack of land.

Hmmm I don't know if I got it allright with the patch, but I'll have a better look if it's a problem when the game hits off.

No worries LL,I allready was delighted to see Breda on the map. It did have a part in the historyof that age. Why didn't you design a bigger map? Apart from The Netherlands, The Muslims seem to be sqeezed in as well. It's going to be a tough game just to stay in, with the proportions Spain is having.
