This is exactly my feeling. I'm awaiting a response from the PALers that the border proposal would pass with their team with this city eliminated, although that is what they think the team will accept.

And GK - we may bring up the issue later on, or may not. Just remember guys a deal is a deal.

I dont want anyone agreeing to eliminating this city to seal the deal assuming it is going to be easy to convince PAL down the line to get it back. Because there is absoulyeltly no guarentee that it will happen and it probably wont.

It was 57% to 42% vote this time. Thats a decent amount of votes we would have to win over.

I can also tell you we'd be more likely to lose popularily with PAL trying to revisit the same exact issue down the road than gain it.

I don't care if we toss that northern most city, just so long as they don't build any cities further south of the two we have on GK's diagram.

It was just posted at the bananacookieexchange that they have polled and accept the border agreement if we eliminate the northern most city.

No more cities south of where PAL has them in there diagram would have to be part of the deal, I concur.

We should probably just draw up a new map with the city sites in the disputed zone, laid out and agree to it.

Thats the way I feel NYE, and it seems like the general consensus is dont worry about the extra city, lets just agree and move forward.

Ill give it a day or two and then just tell PAL its a done deal.
