Increase Your PM Length

This game is running much too slowly. At this rate it will take years to finish the game. What's more, in November Civ 4 will be released and many Civ 3 games will likely be abandoned. I would like to finish this one.

So, I think we have two choices. One, despite my wish to finish this game before Civ4, we could just abandon it. Two, we can impose a two day limit on turns. Anyone who breaks the rule two or three times has their civ removed from the game.

What do you think?

What would be interesting to know is why its taking so long between turns? Is it general or is there a specific weak link amongst us?
