would you possibly be interested in playing as a sub in a game? ricketyclik is away for 1.5 months in the "fast" game. the whole world is around the era change between medieval and industrial. rick has a quite big portion of land (iirc 3rd after the byzantines and me) but afaik is struggling with economy (running deficit spending, probably because he's got too many units (he's in republic))

you seem to be a great player as you are ahead in both land and technology in this game, so asking you might be counterproductive for me as rick is my new neighbor (i conquered the roman lands).

think about it... and write to him if you're interested...

wow, that was some game well done!

your cavalry raid capturing 8 cities in one turn really killed my happiness and then i was stuck in an 8-turn anarchy! well done with getting the most of the important wonders.

i stopped posting after the first day and he after the second. the game was just moving and... ICQ rules

but i'm pretty sure this game was completed in record time. although it must be said that it was "only" with accelerated production.
