	Suffering from ads?

But...The MP patch is necessary in order to play the user created add-ons isn't it? I tried playing some without it, but the DX loader wouldn't start the game after loading the add-on mission. I am presuming that the DX loader is supposed to launch the game after selecting a mission, but it requires the patch in order to do so.

Deus Ex! Deus Ex! It has to be Deus Ex!

They were the same guys responsible for System Shock 2 and the Thief games (both utterly essential titles, by the way). If you want a really smart and flexible FPS, then get Deus Ex.

NOLF I saw a bit of, and it seemed a lot more polished than Monolith's previous FPSes (Blood, Blood2). It didn't impress me as much as Deus Ex, though, even though I normally shy away from futuristic techno- games.

Oh, did I mention that I really like Deus Ex? Just checking.

Yes, Dr Strangelove, the patch is required to even run the SDK, so it would also be needed to run the levels.
